Short, because there is nothing to collect.

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no accounts, forms, or logins — so there is no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. The only data that exists is the standard, aggregate request logging our host (Cloudflare) performs to serve and protect the site; we do not use it to profile you and it is not shared. If you email us, we keep that correspondence to reply to it, and nothing more.

The same principle runs through the product: the Faktorei container makes no network connection back to us and transmits no telemetry. Your invoices are rendered entirely on your own infrastructure — we never see them, which is why self-hosted operation needs no data-processing agreement. In short, we don't run trackers on our website for the same reason the container never phones home: it is the honest version of "your documents never leave your infrastructure."
